The Journey
This is more than a workshop. It is a rite of passage wrapped in rhinestones. Shine is born of shadow, and light requires depth. Descent and ascent belong to one another, and in holding both, we discover our power.
Here, the creative process becomes a mirror; an inquiry that softens what is guarded and gives voice to what has been silenced. We work with the subtle body, whose currents help shape the biological body and ripple outward into our relationships, communities, and the wider world. This practice brings that dialogue into consciousness.
The container is a microcosm. Like the yoga mat, it holds what is ready to rise, release, shift, and be nurtured. What unfolds here reflects what unfolds in life. Each gesture, each choice, each glittering detail becomes a symbol of how we live and how we long to be.
In being witnessed and celebrated, not in polish but in honesty, we return to belonging. From this belonging, new ways of being take root: confidence that is steady, clarity that is lived, expression that is true. Sovereignty, in the yogic sense, is liberation, an unbinding from what obscures, a return to the still point of Self. Unity is not sought but remembered. Each breath freedom.

- You’re looking for a traditional dance class with instructor-led choreography
- You have greater interest on technique or learning to appear “sexy” by external standards
- You’re presently not open to a creative processes that invites vulnerability and discovery
- You prefer structure, and fixed curriculum over organic, soul-led flow and presence
- You’re not currently drawn to opening yourself in shared space or community and receiving reflection

The next Sacred Sequin journey begins mid September 2025 in Denver. For eight weeks we commune, one evening each week, for a grounded movement practice, an exploration of embodiment and personal self-expression.
The journey peaks with a live showcase, where each soul-o-ist steps into the spotlight with an act born of their own being.
Enrollment is now open, limited to seven beings for depth and intimacy.
